Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade at Deloitte & Touche, rising to partner level in the life sciences audit practice, and later at Leerink Partners (now SVB Leerink), advising on over $2 billion in biotech financings, IPOs, and M&A transactions. His achievements include guiding multiple companies through public listings on NASDAQ and optimizing capital structures to extend cash runways during pivotal clinical stages. At Perspective Therapeutics, Joel leads all financial operations, including budgeting, investor relations, treasury management, and capital markets activities. He has been instrumental in securing non-dilutive funding from the U.S. Department of Defense and positioning the company for upcoming milestones in its PSMA-targeted radiotherapeutics pipeline. Under his stewardship, Perspective has enhanced its balance sheet to support Phase 2/3 trials and potential partnerships, ensuring sustainable growth in the competitive radiopharma landscape.
