We consider Ms. Jensen to be a qualified candidate for service on the board, and the Compensation Committee and the Enterprise Risk Committee, due to her extensive business experience, as well as the knowledge she has gained as a member of the boards of directors of South Side Trust & Savings Bank and Busey Bank. Ms. Jensen s extensive consulting knowledge and the insights that she has acquired in growing Farnsworth Group, Inc., both organically and through acquisitions, positively enhances the diversity of experience represented by the board.
