Independent director of TJX Companies, Inc. since October 2020 and member of its Audit and Compensation Committees. Non-executive director of PineBridge Investments, LLC, a global asset management firm with over $157.1 billion in assets under management, from May 2011 to December 2025, and Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee.
