Ms. Spurlin was appointed as a director in September 2025. She has served as senior vice president and treasurer at Plains All American Pipeline, a multi-billion-dollar public company engaged in the transportation, storage and marketing of crude oil and natural gas liquids across the U.S. and Canada, since October 2014.
