Ms. Dreessen was appointed as a director in October 2020. She has more than 25 years of experience in financial leadership roles, specifically in the chemical industry. From 2020 to 2024, Ms. Dreessen served as an Operating Partner of Triten Energy Partners, a private equity firm. From 2012 to 2023, she served as a director, and from 2015 to 2023, Chairperson of Gevo, Inc. (NASDAQ: GEVO), a publicly held company focused on sustainable aviation fuel. From 2010 to December 2018, Ms. Dreessen was a Managing Director of Lion Chemical Partners, LLC, a private equity firm focused on chemical and related industries. Prior to joining Lion Chemical Partners, Ms. Dreessen served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TPC Group Inc. from 2005 to 2010. In 2024, Ms. Dreessen earned a CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from Carnegie Mellon University.
