He previously held senior finance roles at Symantec Corporation, including Vice President of Finance for the Enterprise Security segment and Vice President of Corporate Development, contributing to operational efficiencies and strategic investments. Earlier, he served as a manager in the transaction services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, honing his expertise in financial due diligence and M&A advisory. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Thoele holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
