Ian Jacobs is a member of the Audit Committee. During fiscal 2026, Ian Jacobs was paid a cash retainer in the amount of $97,500. On May 18, 2026, after our fiscal 2026 year-end, Mr. Jacobs was granted 24,396 RSUs pursuant to the 2018 Plan, to compensate him for his services as a director for the period from the one-year anniversary of the prior annual equity awards to the Annual Meeting.
