Mr. Clayville has served as a member of our board of directors since November 2025. Mr. Clayville brings over three decades of experience in the technology industry, having held senior executive roles in field operations at some of the world s leading technology companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Customer Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at Stripe, a financial infrastructure platform company. Before joining Stripe, Mr. Clayville was the Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Throughout his career, Mr. Clayville has been an advocate for innovation and digital transformation across businesses. His leadership has been instrumental in helping companies leverage cutting-edge technologies to achieve growth and operational efficiency. Mr. Clayville holds a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Idaho and an M.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University. We believe Mr. Clayville is qualified to serve as a member of our board of directors because of his extensive executive management and go-to-market leadership experience in the technology industry.
