Mr. Dwyer has served as a member of our board of directors since August 2026. From 1998 to 2023, Mr. Dwyer was a partner at the international law firm Cooley LLP, where he specialized in representing technology and life sciences companies, and the individuals who lead them, in high-stakes litigation and regularly counseled boards and C-suite executives regarding corporate governance issues. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Dwyer served in various leadership positions within the U.S. Department of Justice, including as Acting Associate Attorney General, the Department s third-highest position. Mr. Dwyer currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees of the California Academy of Sciences. From 2000 to 2025, he served as the Vice Chair of Bay Area Legal Aid, Northern California s largest provider of legal services for low-income individuals. Mr. Dwyer holds a B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. We believe Mr. Dwyer is qualified to serve as a member of our board of directors because of his significant experience in the technology industry and corporate governance matters.
