Proxy Contests being evaluated by AI models

This year I've put new focus on proxy contest analytics and used GenAI tools to come up with an analysis for each proxy contest. The AI analysis requests an analysis of each proxy fight from the four major LLMs — Claude, Grok, OpenAI, and Gemini — with no analysis sharing between models. Then Claude does a consensus score and review, identifying points of alignment and disagreement.

It's been observed that the Tesla 2024 proxy, which was filed on 2025-09-05, is not presently in our API provider's database. The final proxy statement can be accessed at https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1318605/000110465925087882/tm2525295d1_defa14a.htm. Given the importance of the Tesla filing we'll add the data manually to the database later today
