Annie Young-Scrivner is the co-founder of TwinPoint Collective, a global advisory firm that helps CEOs, boards, and leadership teams translate strategy into measurable results. She previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Wella Company, the parent of beauty brands, including Clairol and OPI, from December 2020 until January 2025.
