Randall Garutti has served as a member of our board of directors since July 2017. From April 2012 to May 2024, Mr. Garutti served as Chief Executive Officer and was on the board of directors of Shake Shack Inc. ( Shake Shack ). Prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer of Shake Shack, Mr. Garutti served as its Chief Operating Officer since January 2010. Before Shake Shack, Mr. Garutti was the Director of Operations for Union Square Hospitality Group, LLC, overseeing the operations for all its restaurants. Additionally, Mr. Garutti previously served on the boards of directors of USHG Acquisition Corp. from February 2021 to December 2022 and the Columbus Avenue Business Improvement District, a not-for-profit organization, from October 2008 to May 2024. Mr. Garutti holds a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University s School of Hotel Administration. Mr. Garutti was selected to serve on our board of directors because of his business expertise and leadership of a global brand.
