Amy Brooks has served as a member of our board of directors since October 2019. Since January 2024, Ms. Brooks has served as President, New Business Ventures at the National Basketball Association, after serving as President, Team Marketing & Business Operations and Chief Innovation Officer from November 2017 to December 2023, the Executive Vice President from May 2014 to November 2017, and Senior Vice President from January 2010 to May 2014. Ms. Brooks also serves on the boards of directors of a number of privately held companies and charitable organizations.
