Richard K. Crumly has been investing in start-up companies and other entrepreneurial ventures for more than 30 years. He has been involved in ventures ranging from consumer products to telecommunications from start-up to the transition to the public marketplace. Mr. Crumly also has years of experience investing in various real estate ventures, from raw land to developed properties. He graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio with a Bachelor of Science. Mr. Crumly has served on the Board since 2010. We believe that Mr. Crumly s qualifications to serve on our Board include his entrepreneurial experience and broad investment background. Mr. Crumly is also a beneficial owner of approximately 5.1% of our common stock.
