Over 34 years, Mr. Azevedo served in various positions of increasing responsibility with Raytheon Technologies, including as the president of Raytheon Technologies Space and Airborne Systems and the Intelligence and Space business units. Mr. Azevedo received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University. We believe that Mr. Azevedo is qualified to serve on the Board because of his extensive industry and executive experience.
