Dr. Feehery brings to the Board comprehensive experience in the healthcare industry through his former role as Chief Executive Officer of Certara, a biosimulation technology company he led from 2019 through December 2025. He has significant experience in managing R&D and commercializing cutting-edge technologies. Through experience he gained leading multiple business units at DuPont (2002-2019), including having full P&L responsibility for 3,000 people, 20 manufacturing plants and worldwide marketing and sales across multiple markets, as well as his oversight of Certara, Dr. Feehery applies his financial and strategic acumen to his role as a member of the Board s Audit Committee.
