Mr. Upchurch has served as a director since 2020, and previously served on the Board of Mobile Mini and as Audit Committee Chair prior to the WillScot Mobile Mini merger. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Kansas City Southern (KCS), a transportation holding company that has railroad investments in the U.S., Mexico and Panama linking the commercial and industrial centers of North America, prior to retiring in April 2023.
