Ms. Baker brought to the Board over 20 years of business leader experience in both public and private boards and has held a number of executive officer positions in public and private companies primarily in technology fields, including roles as Chief Executive Officer of PlayFirst, Inc. and Navigenics, Inc., Chief Operating Officer of Velti, plc (Nasdaq: VELT), President of BabyCenter, Inc., a Johnson and Johnson company (NYSE: JNJ), and SVP/General Manager at Intuit, Inc.
