Tyler Newton has served as a member of our board of directors since August 2017. Mr. Newton is a Managing Partner of Catalyst Investors, a growth equity investment firm he joined in April 2000. Mr. Newton has also served on the boards of directors of a number of privately held companies and previously served on the board of directors for Mindbody, Inc. until June 2016. Mr. Newton holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Middlebury College and is a CFA Charter holder. We believe that Mr. Newton s growth investing experience as a director of numerous technology companies qualifies him to serve as a director.
