Ryan Dubin has served as a member of our board of directors since March 2026. Since 2020, Mr. Dubin has served as a Director at Engine Capital, a value oriented special situations fund. Prior to joining Engine Capital, Mr. Dubin worked in investment banking at Perella Weinberg Partners from 2014 to 2019 and Deutsche Bank from 2013 to 2014, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and capital markets across multiple industries. Mr. Dubin received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University. We believe that Mr. Dubin s investment experience, and expertise in corporate strategy and capital allocation qualifies him to serve as a director.
