Ms. Ackermann served as a director of Dynegy Inc. (Dynegy) from October 2012 until Dynegy s merger with Vistra in April 2018 and joined the Board in conjunction with the Company s acquisition of Dynegy. Ms. Ackermann was Chief Risk Officer with Goldman Sachs Bank USA from October 2008 to 2011. Ms. Ackermann began her career at Goldman Sachs in 1985 and served as Managing Director, Credit Department of Goldman, Sachs & Co., as VP, Credit Department, and as an Associate in the Credit Department prior to her role as Chief Risk Officer.
