Mrs. Acosta has served on the Board since 2020. Mrs. Acosta has served as the CEO of CARCON Industries and Construction, a full-service construction firm, since 2000 and as the Founder and CEO of Southwestern Testing Laboratories, a geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing firm, since 2003. Mrs. Acosta has served on the public board of Magnolia Oil and Gas Corporation since 2017. Prior public board service includes ten years as a director of Energy Future Holdings Corporation, Legacy Texas Financial Group, N.A. from 2015 to 2019, ONE Gas, Incorporated from July 2018 through February 2020, and Veritex Holdings, Inc. from 2021 through July 2025.
