Keith D. Jackson served as President and Chief Executive Officer of ON Semiconductor Corporation, a leading supplier of semiconductor-based solutions, from November 2002 until his retirement in December 2020. Before joining ON Semiconductor, he was with Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation, serving as Executive Vice President and General Manager, Analog, Mixed Signal, and Configurable Products Groups beginning in 1998, and subsequently as head of its Integrated Circuits Group. From 1996 to 1998, he served as President and a member of the board of Tritech Microelectronics, a manufacturer of analog and mixed signal products. From 1986 to 1996, Mr. Jackson worked for National Semiconductor Corporation, culminating in the role of Vice President and General Manager of the Analog and Mixed Signal division. He held various positions at Texas Instruments Incorporated, including engineering and management positions, from 1973 to 1986. Mr. Jackson served on the board of the Semiconductor Industry Association ( SIA ) from 2008 to 2020, and was appointed as the 2020 SIA Chairman. Mr. Jackson has over 30 years of semiconductor industry experience, including extensive international experience in product development, manufacturing, marketing and sales. Mr. Jackson is uniquely qualified to bring strategic insight and industry knowledge to the Board, having served in numerous management positions and as a director of other corporate boards in our industry.
