Joseph Goldschmid serves as a Partner & Portfolio Manager with a primary focus on stressed, distressed and special situations investments at Oak Hill Advisors, L.P. ("OHA"), a leading global credit-focused alternative asset manager with approximately $110 billion in assets under management. At OHA, Mr. Goldschmid covers a variety of industries including energy and renewables in addition to serving on the firm's ESG Committee. Prior to joining OHA in 2019, he was a Director in the Distressed & Special Situations Group at Angelo Gordon, a global alternative investment manager, from January 2016 to August 2019. During his career, Mr. Goldschmid has led numerous high-profile restructuring cases and served on many official and ad hoc creditor committees. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Restructuring and Special Situations Group at The Blackstone Group and PJT Partners. He began his career as an analyst at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Goldschmid currently serves on the Board of Directors of National Resilience and previously served on the Board of Directors for Expro Group (NYSE: XPRO). Mr. Goldschmid holds a B.S. degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was recognized as a James Kent Scholar.
