Johannes Weber, age 47, has been nominated to stand for election to the Board of Directors as of the date of this Annual Meeting. Mr. Weber is a consultant for Elliott Investment Management L.P. Prior to becoming a consultant, from 2009 until January 2026, Mr. Weber was portfolio manager at Elliott Investment Management L.P. with responsibility for certain public and private equity and credit investments across multiple industries for fifteen years. In addition, Mr. Weber served on the Board of Directors of Windstream from 2020 to 2025. Mr. Weber holds a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Weber s qualifications for election to the Board include his extensive financial and investment experience, particularly his experience in telecommunications. Through this experience, Mr. Weber brings to the Board a significant amount of experience in making and managing investments in the telecommunications industry.
