Mr. Nowicki has served as Director of the Company since 2022. Mr. Nowicki was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. (Nasdaq-GS: BECN), a distributor of commercial and residential roofing products and related building materials, from 2013 to 2020. He was previously Chief Financial Officer of Spartan Motors, Inc.
