Ms. Lazo has been serving as Interim Chief Human Resources Officer at Situs AMC since April 2025 and is a principal of ML Talent Strategies, Inc., an independent human capital consulting practice. Previously Ms. Lazo served as a Senior Operating Executive and Consultant of Cerberus Capital s Operating and Advisory Company, LLP, a global private equity firm, from January 2023 through October 2023, and was engaged in human capital initiatives across its portfolio companies. Prior to Cerberus, Ms. Lazo served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Univision Communications from April 2016 through December 2021. Ms. Lazo also served as Global HR Leader, Americas at GE Capital from 2012 through 2016 and served in various senior human resources leadership roles at NBC Universal from 1995 through 2012. Ms. Lazo is an accomplished executive with a history of leadership in the areas of talent development, inclusivity, and business transformation and organizational change. Ms. Lazo holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Business from St. John s University. Ms. Lazo served as a member of the board of Heartland Financial USA, Inc. from April 2023 through January 2025. Ms. Lazo currently serves as an advisory board member of Bullseye Engagement, Inc., a human capital management software company, as an advisory board member of Xapa, Inc., a gamified professional development and personal enrichment platform, and as a member of the board and as the Governance Committee Lead of the Hispanic Federation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and advancing the Hispanic community and its institutions.
