Ms. Carter (no relation to Glenn A. Carter) has served as a director since 2024. In 2025, Ms. Carter also served as a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee. She currently serves as president of Living Mountain Capital, a business advisory consulting firm she founded in 1998.
