Mr. Pope has served as a director since 2016. In 2025, Mr. Pope also served as Chair of the Compensation Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Pope is Executive Chair of Victory Bank, which is based in West Texas and delivers financial solutions to businesses at every stage using cutting-edge technology.
