Mr. Shipchandler has served as our Chief Executive Officer and as a member of our board of directors since January 2024. Prior to that, Mr. Shipchandler served as our President, Twilio Communications from March 2023 to January 2024, as our Chief Operating Officer from 2021 to 2023, and as our Chief Financial Officer from 2018 to 2021.
