Donnie King, 63, has served as the Company s President and Chief Executive Officer since June 2021. A seasoned leader with more than four decades of experience in the food industry, Mr. King has held several key leadership positions across the Company s domestic and international operations. Since rejoining the Company in 2019, Mr. King has served as the Chief Operating Officer, Group President, Poultry and Group President, International and Chief Administration Officer. Earlier in his career with the Company, Mr. King served as President, North American Operations and as President, North American Operations and Foodservice. Mr. King began his career with Valmac Industries in 1982, which was acquired by the Company in 1984. Mr. King was self-employed from 2017 to 2019 before returning to the Company.
