Paul W. Chung has served as a director and Chairman of the Board of the Company since January 1, 2021. Mr. Chung previously served as a director and Chairman of the Board of the General Partner between January 2021 and May 2021. From March 2020 until December 31, 2020, he served as Executive Vice President and Senior Legal Advisor of the Company. From May 2004 to March 2020, Mr. Chung served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the Company and its predecessor entities and of the General Partner since its formation.
