Previously, she served as Vice President and Senior Counsel at Bank of America, where she led legal teams supporting consumer banking products, regulatory initiatives, and compliance programs across retail lending and small business services. She earned her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Virginia, and is admitted to practice in North Carolina and New York. Under her leadership, LendingTree has successfully navigated evolving fintech regulations, executed key acquisitions to expand its marketplace offerings, and strengthened its governance framework amid rapid industry growth. Her strategic counsel has been instrumental in the company's public market performance and resilience, earning her recognition as a trusted advisor in the financial services sector.
