Mary Cranston has been a member of our board of directors since January 2022. With respect to public company directorships, Ms. Cranston currently serves on the board of The Chemours Company, and has, within the last five years, served on the boards of directors of Visa Inc., a public company, and McAfee Corp., then a public company.
