Age 67. Independent Director. Gunther Bright has been a member of our board of directors since July 2022. Mr. Bright currently serves on the board of directors of Ally Financial, a public company, and has within the last five years served on the boards of McAfee Corp. and Warburg Pincus Capital I-A Corp, both then public companies. Mr. Bright also served on the boards of certain non-profit organizations, including as an executive committee member of the Junior Achievement of New York Board of Directors, vice chairman and executive committee member of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater Board of Trustees and a member of the Executive Leadership Council. Mr. Bright served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Global and U.S. Large Enterprises at American Express from 2020 through the end of 2023.
