Mr. Fredette is a Co-Founder of our Company. He has been our President since January 2024 and a member of our Board since August 2021. Prior to that, Mr. Fredette was our Co-President since December 2015 and our Chief Executive Officer from December 2011 to February 2015. Mr. Fredette also served as a member of our Board from December 2011 to June 2017 and from February 2020 to January 2021. Previously, Mr. Fredette served in various roles at Oracle Corporation ( Oracle ) . Mr. Fredette holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
