Mr. Sheridan has served on our board of directors since June 2019 and as our President and Chief Executive Officer since March 2019. Prior to that, Mr. Sheridan served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since April 2013. Before joining our Company, Mr. Sheridan served as Chief Operating Officer of Rapiscan Systems, Inc.
