Mr. Mapes retired from his position as Executive Chairman of the Board of Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc., a global manufacturer of welding, cutting and joining products, on December 31, 2024, a position he had held since January of that year. He held the position of Chairman from December 2013 until December 2023 and was President and Chief Executive Officer from December 2012 until December 2023. Mr. Mapes served as a director of Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc. from 2010 until 2024. Mr. Mapes has been a director of A. O.
