Ms. Marcus serves as the Co-CEO (since October 2023) and Chief Operating Officer (since 2014) of PGIM Real Estate, one of the world s largest global real estate investment managers and a major profit center of PGIM, the global asset management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU). She is responsible for global strategy and oversees PGIM Real Estate s business and investment operations globally. Prior to assuming her current roles, Ms. Marcus held several positions with PGIM Real Estate, including head of its U.S. equity business (2014-2023) and senior portfolio manager for its flagship core equity real estate fund (2011-2014).
