Talman B. Pizzey has served as one of our directors since July 2024 following the Acuren Acquisition. Mr. Pizzey also served as our President and Chief Executive Officer from July 2024 until March 2026 and Chief Executive Officer of ASP Acuren and its affiliated companies from December 2019 until March 2026.
