Peter A. Hochfelder has served as one of our directors since July 2024. Mr. Hochfelder also currently acts as a private investor in various industries. Mr. Hochfelder was a co -founder and Managing Member of Brahman Management, L.L.C., a New York City based private investment partnership, until his retirement in 2016. Previously, Mr. Hochfelder served on the board of Jarden Corporation, a consumer products company, from 2015 to 2016.
