Mr. Walsh has served as Chairman since December 2021, and as Chief Executive Officer and a Director since October 2014. Mr. Walsh also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Walsh Partners, a private company focused on investments and advisory services, since January 2012, and has served as the Chairman of Cambium Learning Group, a leading educational technology company, from June 2012 to December 2018. Mr. Walsh also previously served as President and CEO of Yellowbook, Inc.
