Age: 61 Director since 2022 Audit Committee Member Ms. Ward served as Chief Financial Officer of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual), a mutual life insurance company, from 2016 to December 2024, when she transitioned to a strategic advisory role until her retirement in May 2025. She previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Actuary of MassMutual from 2015 to 2019, and as Chief Enterprise Risk Officer from 2007 to 2016. Prior to joining a MassMutual affiliate, Babson Capital Management, in 2001, Ms. Ward worked in investment portfolio management and actuarial roles at American Skandia Life Assurance Company, Charter Oak Capital Management and Aeltus Investment Management, a subsidiary of Aetna Life & Casualty Company. Ms. Ward served as a member of the board of managers of Barings LLC, a registered investment company and a subsidiary of MassMutual, until December 2024, and previously served on the board of directors of MML Investment Advisors, LLC (2013-2021) and MML Investors Services, LLC (2012-2021), each registered investment companies and subsidiaries of MassMutual. Ms. Ward also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of The University of Rochester.
