A. Brooke Seawell has served as a member of our Board of Directors since October 2017. Mr. Seawell is a Venture Partner at New Enterprise Associates Inc., a position he has held since January 2005. Mr. Seawell has served on the board of directors of NVIDIA Corporation, an accelerated computing company, since December 1997. He previously served on the board of directors of Eargo, Inc., a medical device company, from September 2020 to December 2022, and Tableau Software, Inc., a business intelligence software company, from November 2011 to August 2019. Mr. Seawell received both a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. in Finance from Stanford University.
