Lee Haspel joined the Board in April 2026. From 2017 through 2026, he was previously a Partner, founding team member, and member of the executive leadership team at Blue Torch Capital, LP, a private credit platform. Earlier in his career, Mr. Haspel served as a Portfolio Manager at Fifth Street Asset Management and as a Trader at Halcyon Asset Management. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Tulane University s A.B. Freeman School of Business and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Mr. Haspel brings extensive expertise in capital markets, corporate finance, and value creation, with a track record of serving as a director at companies undergoing financial, strategic and operational transformation. He has partnered with management teams and fellow board members to drive accountability, align stakeholder incentives, and build long-term enterprise value across a range of industries. The Board believes that his experience as an institutional investor and active board participant makes him well-qualified to serve as a director.
