Mr. Ubi as is Chairman of the Statue of Liberty - Ellis Island Foundation (a nonprofit organization that works to preserve the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island) and has served in this capacity since January 2021; he previously served as Vice Chair from 2018 until 2021 and has served as a member of its board of directors since 2014.
