She is the recipient of numerous awards including Sports Business Journal s Game Changer Award and Ebony magazine s Outstanding Women in Marketing and Communications Award. Ms. Richie received a B.A. in Policy Studies from Dartmouth College. Ms. Richie is a former Trustee of the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame and her alma mater where she served as Chair of the Board from 2017 to 2021.
