Ms. Carnes currently serves as a director on the Board of Core Laboratories Inc. [NYSE: CLB], (one of the world s largest providers of reservoir description and production enhancement services to the oil and gas industry), where she is the Lead Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee. She is also a director of Matrix Service Company [NASDAQ: MTRX] (a provider of design, engineering, construction, repair and maintenance services to industrial and energy clients in North America), where she Chairs the Audit Committee and serves on the Compensation, and Nominating and Corporate Governance committees. From September 1, 2017 through June 2019, Ms. Carnes served as a director of SunCoke Energy Partners GP LLC, the general partner of SunCoke Energy, L.P., our former publicly traded master limited partnership.
