Mr. Anton was appointed as a director of SunCoke Energy, Inc., effective March 16, 2020, and was appointed as non-executive Chairman of the Board effective January 1, 2021. During the course of his career, Mr. Anton has served in various senior roles at The Swagelok Company (a large fluid systems technology company) most recently as Chairman of the board from September 2017 to December 2019, and as Chief Executive Officer from 2004 to 2017. Prior to that, he served as Swagelok s President and Chief Executive Officer from 2004 to 2017, as its President and Chief Operating Officer from 2001 to 2004, as its Executive Vice President from 2000 to 2001, and as its Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2000. Prior to joining Swagelok in 1998, Mr. Anton was a Partner of Ernst & Young LLP (a professional accounting and consulting services firm), where he consulted with companies in manufacturing, energy, service, and other industries.
