Ms. McBride serves as Chief Operations Officer for Iridium Communications, Inc. ( Iridium ) (a publicly traded operator of a global satellite communications network). Prior to rejoining Iridium in February 2019, where she had previously served from 2007 to 2016 in various leadership roles, Ms. McBride served from June 2016 to January 2019 as Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for OneWeb (a privately held company building a space-based global communications network that filed a voluntary petition for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in March 2020). Earlier in her career, she held a series of increasingly senior positions in technology and operations with Motorola Solutions, Inc. (a publicly traded telecommunications company), and General Dynamics Corporation (a publicly traded aerospace and defense company). Qualifications: Ms. McBride s qualifications to serve as a director include her extensive strategy and operations expertise developed through more than twenty-five years of experience within the wireless technology industry, including her experience at Iridium overseeing cybersecurity initiatives and the teams responsible for artificial intelligence strategy and implementation.
